Key Responsibilities
Fulfilment and Operations
- Manage daily e-commerce order fulfilment accurately and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and update stock records
- Ensure proper documentation for orders and shipments
Administrative Support
- Provide day to day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
- Prepare and manage customer related documents
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners when required
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Support roadshows, expos, and ad hoc operational tasks
Requirements
Education
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field
Experience
- Experience in fulfilment, warehouse, or e-commerce operations is an advantage
- Candidates with background in pet industry or online sales platforms will be prioritised
Technical Skills
- Familiar with Google Drive and Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of inventory tracking or accounting software is a plus
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms

What We Are Looking For
Education

- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and online trends
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or editing tools is a plus
