Key Responsibilities

Fulfilment and Operations

  • Manage daily e-commerce order fulfilment accurately and efficiently
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor inventory levels and update stock records
  • Ensure proper documentation for orders and shipments

Administrative Support

  • Provide day to day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
  • Prepare and manage customer related documents
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners when required
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
  • Support roadshows, expos, and ad hoc operational tasks

Requirements

Education

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field

Experience

  • Experience in fulfilment, warehouse, or e-commerce operations is an advantage
  • Candidates with background in pet industry or online sales platforms will be prioritised

Technical Skills

  • Familiar with Google Drive and Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of inventory tracking or accounting software is a plus
  • Familiar with e-commerce platforms

What You Will Be Doing

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
  • Support content creation for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Assist in managing e-commerce platforms and promotional activities
  • Support roadshows, events, and expos when required
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
  • Assist with influencer coordination and campaign tracking

What We Are Looking For

Education

  • Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong interest in marketing and digital platforms
  • Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and online trends
  • Good written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or editing tools is a plus
  • Organised, responsible, and willing to learn
  •  Able to multitask and meet deadlines
